Including 2 adjustable handles that attach to the pulley system, the double bar track creates more stability and a smoother movement when using either standard or Olympic plates. |
BD-11BLWith the added BD-11L Lat Pull Attachment, users can perform a number of lat pull down exercises with a cable that travels 60". Including a standard 38" lat pull bar and a 20" accessory bar, this bundle features an accessory chain that allows multiple starting positions to maximize range of motion while the lap bar secures the user. The steel foot plate helps create leverage while using the low row cable attachment at the bottom of the unit. |
